At Pets Australia, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30 day returns policy.


Change of Mind Returns


You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it if it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for the return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.


Faulty or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a photo and description of the issue. We will cover the return shipping and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.


Refunds


Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Exchanges


If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest option is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred product.


Non-Returnable Items


For hygiene and safety reasons, some pet items such as bedding, grooming tools, and feeding products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
